  1. You forgot like half of the German cities … Hamburg (1,8 mil), Cologne (1 mil) Frankfurt (700.000), Düsseldorf, Leipzig, Dresden, Essen …

  2. You’ve missed some reasonably large cities eg Auckland has about, 1.4M (urban area) or 400k (Auckland City). Either way it should make the cut. And Oakland, for that matter. And so on.

  3. Your data is way off. Some cities you list the population of the city proper, others are metro areas. Some large cities (that should be on this list) are missing all together. You should start you research with the UN’s data (United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Population Division) then go from there.
